Terms of use.
Sell to America is sold by 3FOLD LLC, a Puerto Rico company. These terms cover selltoamerica.org and the membership. You must be 18 or older to join. By creating an account or paying, you agree to them.
One membership, billed every 4 weeks
Membership includes the lessons, the worksheets, the America Feed, saved work, and 100 AI actions per 4 week billing period, capped at 20 per day. Each completed tool run, assessment, revision or reply uses one action. Reading, quizzes, editing and exporting do not. Unused actions do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges.
Price and renewal
Standard price: $149.99 USD every 4 weeks. First 100 paid memberships: $99.99 every 4 weeks for as long as you stay subscribed. Member 101 pays $149.99. Your card is charged automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel. Checkout shows the amount due, including any applicable tax.
Only completed paid memberships count toward the founding 100. Email signup does not reserve a place. Cancel and the $99.99 ends. If you rejoin later you pay the price offered then. Founding places are not recycled. Failed renewals have a seven day recovery window. Our billing errors will not cost you your founding price.
Cancellation, refunds and your right of withdrawal
Cancel any time in Account → Billing before renewal to stop future charges. Access lasts through the paid period. Cancellation does not refund past charges.
If you live in the EU, UK or another place with a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service within 14 days: the membership starts the moment you pay. By ticking the consent box at checkout you ask us to start immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has begun. Your other statutory consumer rights are not affected.
For duplicate charges, access problems or a refund request, email hello@3fold.me with your account email and the charge date. We review each request. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under applicable law.
Your account and your work
Keep your sign-in email secure. One person per membership. You own what you submit and what you save. You give us permission to process it to deliver the features you ask for, as described in the privacy page. You can export or delete it from your account at any time.
We own the curriculum, the brand, the feed's editorial work and the software. Use them in your own business. Do not resell them, share account access, scrape the product, or pass the material off as yours.
AI generated content
The tools and parts of the feed are produced by artificial intelligence. We say so wherever it happens. Everything the AI writes is a draft. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for checking claims, dates, prices, legal requirements and usage rights before you publish or act on anything it produces. Scores assess the work in front of the grader, not your odds of selling. The feed interprets public sources and is not exclusive market data.
The AI is instructed to refuse fake testimonials, deceptive claims, shaming and hidden billing, and never to infer or use anyone's religion, ethnicity, health or other protected traits. If you find it doing any of that, tell us and we fix it.
What we do not provide
No promised revenue. No legal, medical, tax, financial or investment advice. Private strategy sessions are a separate engagement, booked separately, and are business advice only.
Use the product responsibly
Only submit material you have the right to use. Leave out customer credentials and sensitive personal data. No deception, impersonation, harassment, abuse of the AI limits, or attempts to access anyone else's work. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these rules. If we end it for abuse there is no refund for the current period.
Availability and changes
We update the product often. Interruptions can happen. We will announce material changes to what paid membership includes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you disagree with a change, cancel before it starts.
Liability
We provide the product as is. To the extent the law allows, 3FOLD LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for business results, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or your statutory consumer rights where you live.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the federal laws of the United States. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and you may bring a claim there. Before any formal dispute, email us and give us 30 days to sort it out.
